Financial Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an accurate and enthusiastic Financial Administrative Assistant for 32-40 hours per week.

The function

As a Financial Administrative Assistant you are responsible for the timely, correct and complete processing of the financial accounts of the Dutch and foreign entities. In this role you are responsible for the entire general ledger and the resulting balance sheet with profit and loss. In addition, you are also responsible for credit management. It is a diverse and all-round position. The team currently consists of 7 colleagues working in Waalwijk and 7 international colleagues spread all over the world. For a successful cooperation a good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken, is a must.

Your daily job

  • You will process purchase invoices;
  • Credit management focused on risk management;
  • Internal and external communication regarding purchase invoices and credit management;
  • You are responsible for processing the transactions with banks;
  • You are responsible for the administration of the material fixed assets;
  • You support the Financial Controllers with the monthly closing.

It is a diverse position where proactivity and taking responsibility are a must. The team likes to joke with each other so with a healthy dose of humor you will feel right at home at the Magna Tyres Group.

Your profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • MBO level 4 work and thinking level in the direction of financial administration (business administrator);
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel;
  • You are flexible, analytical and numerically strong;
  • You have a hands-on mentality and a great sense of responsibility;
  • You are good in writing and speaking Dutch and English;
  • You live within a radius of 30km from Waalwijk.
