Inside Sales Employee

We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Employee to support our Sales Managers.

The function

As Inside Sales Employee, you are part of the Fulfilment department. You translate daily customer wishes into sales orders and support the Sales Managers and Sales Director. The position is administrative and commercial in nature. You are a jack-of-all-trades who can work in a structured way and enjoys approaching leads and calling in offers. You do not hesitate to pick up the phone, to browse the web and to expand the existing customer portfolio in this way. In this position, you will work a lot together with your Sales colleagues. For this job it is essential that you speak Dutch, English and preferably one other foreign language and are very computer literate off- and online.

Your responsibilities

  • You handle price, brochure and offer requests that come in to the sales department;
  • You maintain contacts with existing customers to increase customer satisfaction and turnover;
  • You prepare proforma invoices upon request;
  • You generate leads;
  • You call up quotations;
  • You provide technical documentation to customers upon requests;
  • You assist in preparing presentations, price lists, etc. for the Sales Manager;
  • You independently enter name and address data and orders in SAP and ensure that these are forwarded to the right departments;

It is a diverse function in which pro-activity, taking responsibility and an ‘approach mentality’ are a must. You are ambitious and would like to grow in your role.

Your profile

  • You have about 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • HBO thinking and working level in the direction Commercial Economics or Business Administration;
  • You are commercially and administratively strong;
  • You are strong off- and online with acquisition and lead generation;
  • You  are stress resistant, decisive and a multitasker;
  • You have a great sense of responsibility;
  • You are good in writing and speaking Dutch, English and preferably one other foreign language;
  • You live within a radius of 30km from Waalwijk.
