Spanish speaking Sales Manager

Your daily job
You are responsible for acquisition, new business and increasing sales for the product categories OTR (Earthmover, Mining and Construction) & Industrial Tyres. You will market, sell, promote, and grow revenue through hands-on sales activities in all product categories. You will support and visit your clients who are mainly based in Spain & Portugal, and in Latin America.

You will be part of our Sales team which consists of 6 people who are based at our HQ in Waalwijk. Each colleague is responsible for a specific region – for this position it is required that you are fluent in Dutch, English and Spanish.

You will gather product knowledge via our in-house training program and via coaching from your mentor and other colleagues; at Magna Tyres you are never on your own!

Your responsibilities

  • You will draft a sales plan and build a steady business in your region;
  • You are creative and active in finding and approaching potential new markets;
  • You maintain a business relationship with your customers;
  • You work out quotations and close the deal;
  • You share and report your activities related to sales and acquisition with your manager;
  • You analyze and report on market developments, trends, opportunities and are result driven;
  • You (monthly) visit dealers and end users.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor degree;
  • Ideally you have 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar international role;
  • Experience within the industry and existing contacts is a benefit;
  • You are customer-oriented, have good written and verbal communication skills and able to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and Spanish;
  • You are fulltime available and willing to travel 2-3 times per month.
