Sales Manager | Spanish

We are looking for a Sales Manager to generate new business and manage commercial relationships in our Spanish-speaking countries. Are you the hunter we are looking for?

The function
As Sales Manager, you are responsible for generating new business and managing commercial relationships. You are a jack-of-all-trades who can work in a structured way, and you enjoy approaching leads and calling in offers. You mainly work from the head office in Waalwijk (Netherlands) but you are also willing to visit customers. You know how to identify opportunities, follow them up and close the sale. It is a solid position for which international sales experience is necessary. In this position, you are a part of the sales team that consists of 6 enthusiastic sales managers who work form the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities:

  • You establish a market and sales plan and achieve the objects;
  • You are creative and active in finding and approaching potential markets & customers and know how to bind them;
  • You prepare offers, follow them up and convert as large a percentage as possible into concrete orders;
  • You administrate, share and report your activities related to sales and acquisition;
  • You analyze and report on market developments, trends, opportunities and achieved results;
  • You visit (monthly) dealers and end users.

It is a diverse job in which pro-activity, taking responsibility and the ‘approach mentality’ are a must. You are ambitious and would like to grow in your role.

Your profile:

  • You have about 5 years of experience in a similar international sales position;
  • HBO thinking and working level in the direction of Commercial Economics - Business Administration;
  • You are commercially and administratively strong;
  • You are strong off- and online with acquisition and lead generation;
  • Affinity with Marketing;
  • You are stress resistant, decisive and a multitasker;
  • You have a great sense of responsibility;
  • You are good in writing and speaking in Dutch, English and Spanish;
  • You are willing to travel.
