Agricultural tyres

Agricultural tyres, also known as farm tyres, are designed for use on agricultural equipment. Sometimes farming is classified into two main types. These are subsistence farming and commercial farming. The machines in these two classifications are mostly used in precision farming, such farm planning, field mapping and soil sampling. Mostly for preparation, planting and soul treatment operations. In these situations, different kinds of terrain can occur. From muddy and soft surfaces to dry and rough surfaces. Agricultural tyres face a lot of challenges.

With agricultural tyres it is important to fit the right tyre for the job, because there are different categories. There are three tyre types for the following machines: an agricultural tractor, a turf tractor and an industrial tractor. If you use your agricultural vehicle for field work, then agricultural tractor tyres are the best fit. For smaller vehicles such as golf carts and lawn mowers, turf tractor tyres are mostly used. Lastly, industrial tractor tyres are made to be used on construction sites.
