Through this acquisition, Magna Tyres significantly enhances its presence in the Australasian market. Telescope Tyres’ strong local brand, customer trust, and service expertise will complement Magna’s international scale, product range, and operational excellence.

The acquisition will close in January 2026. Telescope Tyres’ management and employees will continue in their current roles. Magna Tyres will invest in technology, training and infrastructure to support sustainable growth.
The combined entity will explore further opportunities to strengthen its network across Australia and New Zealand.
