24The Magna M-TRUCK RG31 is a trailer axle truck tyre developed for regional purposes and the highway. This tyre is made to be mounted on both steer and trailer axles for commercial vehicles in various road applications. This tyre combines high payload capacity with high mileage and a low noise level with low fuel consumption. Furthermore, we engineered the tyre with reinforced carcass stiffness, resulting in enhanced load durability and a longer tyre life. This tyre is also engineered with a stronger sidewall and bead design for additional protection against damages and improved carrying capacity.
We designed the Magna M-TRUCK RG31 with wide circumferential grooves for channelling water and slushing it away from the tread, in order to prevent aquaplaning. This results in better overall grip in wet conditions. The special groove tread pattern is designed for a low rolling resistance. The combination of the all season compound and the ribbed tread design of this tyre boosts consistent road contact. This also improves steering, manoeuvrability and driving stability, which is very important for the steer axle of trucks. In addition, this tyre is equipped with the 3PMSF symbol and the M+S (mud and snow) symbol.
